Workbox Relaunches Enobia Pharma

Workbox is pleased to announce the relaunch of www.enobia.com – Enobia Pharma Inc.’s corporate website.

What we’re proud of:

1. Design

We created an elegant and clean design, and nicely branded infographics. Since the science Enobia is pursuing is so specific and complex, their team decided simplicity and cleanliness were top priorities.

2. Content Management System

The customized version of CUT has a few neat features: French language content management and a dynamic glossary.

Because Enboia is headquarted in Montreal, Canada, their website has to have all content in both French and English. To “keep us honest” we built CUT so that each content edit page has identical fields for both English and French content, including images, URL rewrites, meta tags and navigation. This ensures that if something is done in English, it will be almost impossible to not do it in French.

The dynamic glossary works this way: Enobia creates a glossary term and its definition (in English and French) in CUT, then CUT automatically finds the words in the content, highlights the words and attaches a small layer that contains the definition content. Also, it is built to ingore certain types of content (headings, left and right column content and things like that). It’s useful for site visitors and search engines like it, too!
